AssureRP stores the information you provide to run the marketplace: your account details, profile, job postings, proposals, contracts, messages, and payment records. We use it to match hirers with freelancers, process contract activity, and keep the platform safe.
We do not sell your data. Certification documents you submit are visible only to our verification team. Messages are visible only to conversation participants and, when a dispute is opened, to the mediating administrator.
To request an export or deletion of your data, contact support with the email address on your account.
